What life with Auggie may feel like

RASKC's current listing notes: I was brought to RASKC on July 6, 2026. I was very upset being here so I went to a wonderful foster home for some much needed TLC. After a few months in foster I am finally ready to start looking for my forever family :) When I first moved into my foster mom's home, I was very nervous and defensive. I would prefer a forever home that is patient while I get comfortable. I am very social, and I enjoying keeping my foster mom company in all her activities. I'm also a talkative guy and will let you know when I would like to be fed or need some attention. Some of my favorite activities are playing, chasing toys, and watching all the outdoor action from my window perch, but I also enjoy calm, quiet activities like observing my surroundings and snuggling. My foster mom says I have an impressive "motor", and thinks I'm extra cute when I purr while getting chin scritches and pets. Sometimes, I still feel surprised by pets and forehead kisses, but I'm pretty sure I like them. I am a gentle and loving cat who likes to take things slow. I may get nervous in new situations, so I am looking for a family who understands that I might need some time to warm up. Once I get to know you, I will be a very devoted friend! I'm currently in a foster home, please fill out a foster interest form for the chance to meet me! To find that form click the "read about our adoption process" link then "foster path" link!
